Used a low bar for health, took a chance and went up to Saratoga yesterday to meet friends, a trip that had been planned for months. I made it up and back healthy and happy. But $800.00 lighter. I'm in a bad slump when I can't even come close to winning up at the Spa.

I have today's Telly and I'll be back to grace our contest with some more losers today. Hope everyone is having a good summer. It was hot as hell up there yesterday. I didn't care.
