how do you need to be enlightened? these are two of the 5 best defenses in college football and both have massive questions on offense including new qb. Florida ended last year with seven straight totals of 47 or less and six of those were 45 or less. Why would they suddenly get a 50-51-52?

this total will be at least 6 points below your 50 projection and possibly even 8-10 points. Should give you a good bet oppy on the over

Well, let's start with Michigan as a top-5 defense with ONE starter returning. Either (HE) is one hell of a DEFENDER or
ten Michigan subs are the best in school history. Florida will be good on D but not as strong as 2016. Gators have
six back on D while the offense has nine. NEITHER OF THESE TEAMS ARE ANYWHERE NEAR TOP FIVE DEFENSES.

like i said ... just go bet it

totals came out yesterday so it's up right now at 45 giving you a TD advantage over your line. knock it out now before it hits your 50

Yes, 1 returning starter on Defense and like 7 more that saw significant snaps last year during real games. Michigan D line may be better this year then last year, and 3 of them got drafted last year. Its pretty likely all 4 D-line starters get drafted in either 2018 or 19 draft. The secondary is the only real question mark in my mind on the defense. The line will be really good and the line backers should also be solid.

BTW you're also overlooking the fact Michigan may have the best D coordinator in college football. This guy had the #1 defense at Boston College, now he gets Michigan athletes

funny a bama fan cites few returning starters as a reason why your defense will fall apart. we lose 5 top 50 picks every year and rarely have a drop off.

this year jackson, humphrey, williams, allen, tomlinson, foster, and anderson...so i guess we will suck :) (not!)

btw, for those interested here are the top 25 in "draft points" lost by college for 2017. 250 points for #1 pick, 249 for #2 pick, etc, etc

oh no, hey I'm a Michigan guy and I expect that this year will probably be Harbaugh's worst year to date. But thats a big difference then saying the D will be garbage and Florida will blow them out. The game is 8 days away and Florida has no idea who the qb is, and thats not cause all 3 of them are good, it's because they are all just meh. I have no doubt in my mind that Michigan has better athletes on the field, they are just younger and less experienced. I'm in no way saying Florida has no chance, I expect this will be a good game with some sloppiness on both sides.

I would bet money that come the end of the year Michigans Defense is ranked in the top 10 of college football and Florida hasn't exactly been an offensive juggernaut under Mclewain. In fact their offense has basically been hot garbage and the only reason they have won a decent amount of football games is A. the SEC east is awful and B. they have a very good defense. They were 116th in total offense last season.

Backup Bama dlineman Raekwon Davis took a stray in the leg outside of Bar 17 in Ttown. He was pushing for some solid playing time with a strong fall camp. He came in as a definite backup but was in the running to start vs FSU. We have big depth there so will be Buggs (who was probably the starter anyway) backed by Williams, Ray or Mathis. The other 3 lineman are set with Frazier and Payne inside and Hand at DE. The other DE spot would be Buggs or Davis. This hurts the depth experience but probably doesn't change a whole lot

unrelated but Davis got into a big time dust-up last week in practice with likely starting RG, Lester Cotton.

10-4 Coach....I totally agree.

Thank goodness the Gators are loaded/depth at receiver.

No matter, they will beat Michigan by 10.

Coach, I'm on Florida, Bama, LSU, Kentucky and Auburn for a considerable opening.
Loading up on Kentucky and Bama.

Well thats over.......

1. Michigan just dominated the Gators, again. Even their coach knew it and said as much post game
2. the total went over i believe
3. Michigan defense is going to be nasty again this year.
4. Florida is lucky that they had a couple pick 6's. That game could've very easily been 42-3 or something like that.

For the love of god Florida had 11 rushing yards total. 9 first downs. Had 130 total yards offense until the last drive of the game

Florida and Jim McElwain are trash. The guy is in over his head. What the fuck have they been doing all pre-season? They'll be lucky to win 7 games this year.
