Showstopper. Michael Phelps edged Japan's Masato Sakai by four-hundredths of a second to take back the 200 butterfly crown he lost four years ago to South Africa's Chad le Clos. After the race, Phelps sat on the lane line and held one finger from both hands high above his head to signify "No. 1." Phelps will swim the anchor leg in the 4x200 relay later Tuesday night.
