This is the kind of post that gives touts a deservedly bad name. You won't make anyone "50k for free". If anyone is to win $50k on your picks over the season, they will likely have to make nearly $ 1 million in total plays, and should be willing to risk losing $50 k for the chance to possibly win $50k. Just in the past two days, your non-member picks lost over $20k,
so you are taking a huge amount of risk. Even if these picks do end up winning $50k by year end, the return on investment (ROI) would be quite low.
I know you said you won't provide your member play results here, but you post them on Capper-tek, which shows that you lost both your member POD plays this week as well as your POW play yesterday. Capper-tek also shows that you are down $ 21,289 for the year with an ROI of negative 14.20%. I can understand you not wanting to show that record as it certainly doesn't help your goal of acquiring more paid members.

Here are tonight results..... remember these are my lowest plays and sometime there hot and sometime there not!!! As far as member plays goes I have have two big day and two small bad days in the last 4 days..... as STATED MANY TIMES (as far as my cappertek record) it includes my NHL & NBA & NON MEMBER & PAID MEMBERS PLAYS AS WELL AS CRAZY COMPUTER PARLAYS.
Don't cry to in in private emails and that post what you think when you have not purchased plays form me. The season has just started and there are 35 weeks to go for crying out loud. Here is an example of how you could easily make $50,000 in the next 35 weeks. Let's say you make $1500 X 35 weeks and that's easily $52,500

We all know that handicappers give out Bonus Plays right..... in most cases the Bonus Play (NON MEMBER PLAYS) are not the best plays..... and plays post here are free and doesn't really matter what you call them. There are members here that are post "LOCK OF THE CENTURY & UNLOAD YOUR BANKROLL" and these the same as saying "NON MEMBER PLAYS"
At the beginning of the season I promised to post a few plays during the season.... in April I picked one play from the plays I sent out to post here and in May I posted other plays that were strong plays but not rated high enough to me sent out to me members. They were doing great up until Saturday & Sunday's plays. The records posted in this trend are 100% and paid member can view my plays that are posted here but do not get send out to them.
If I were to pay for plays, I would not want the lower level plays and only the best would do for my money.... there are only 3 members here that have a problem with want I'm doing, and every bad night that I have (yes I have bad nights) comes in my trend and posts what they think. I have many members that have been with me since day one and if the results I posted on my top plays are 100% proven correct. I'm pretty sure that of the 30 or so paying members that signed up for the season pass would say hey that not the plays I got if I were to post the wrong results...... don't you think????

I don't care if you are posting winners or losers ... I care more about how it looks by what you call these plays.
To me ... IMHO, it's Promoting ...
We can't help it that a couple of guys come in the thread to call you out, saying your customers are losing money if these are the plays.
So I think you need to stay out of the regular Sports Sub-Forum with any plays.
If you want to post " FREE " "NON-Member" Plays, then post them down here.
I think this will solve the problem.
