One of the worst times to be in Vegas

Spoken like a old time local. The difference between living in Vegas and taking a vacation in Vegas is like night and day. When i lived in Vegas i got to detest super bowl, Kentucky derby and just like you said the ncaa tournament. When you are spending hours every day in race and sports books those events get real old quickly. Not the events i don't have to tell you but the people.

During my younger days I would go to the National Rodeo Finals in December and then the basketball tournament in
March (7-10 days).

I went to both events nine or ten straight years and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

CLOVERLEAF,..how is that rodeo and actually where is it held

The rodeo is great. It's a 10 day event featuring the world best cowboys from all over the place. The
event is held at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Other than liking the rodeo...the whole town goes country with their shows. Some great entertainment
provided you like country music. I do and have seen some good concerts over the years.
