I thought it was good, not what i would call a classic. But none of the movies this year were classics. Whiplash was my favorite. But movies I like never win the statue

I bet Michael Keeton gets blitzed tonight. I thought for sure an old Hollywood warshorse like him would win his first oscar. It's nothing but downhill from here. Beetlejuice 2 here he comes.

O-fer, disappointing night in terms of finding "upsets". Second year in a row a complete waste. Sorry if anybody lost a couple bucks on my recommendations.

Entire awards season this year was a letdown, Globes, Grammys and the Oscars tonight couldn't hit a damn thing. In this day and age of so much coverage and so many people individually covering the awards season makes upsets less and less likely. Or so it appears anyways, very difficult to ascertain how off or not you are without knowing the vote totals. Anyways congrats to those who did make a buck.

One actor that I'm glad won the Oscar is JK Simmons. He had the best performance of any actor in that whole room.
