Given the obvious popularity of this Contest, it amazes me that some Offshore Sportsbook doesn't offer one online. If they taking the risk to offer straight betting to folks, they should offer this.
Maybe Sportsbooks do not want to popularize these contests as it may take away from their juice.
Still, if I was a struggling Sportsbook, I would offer one of these if only to drive traffic. Maybe take 5% off the top. They would tens of thousands of entries. They could even offer various levels of contests at different entry fees.
In the meantime, numerous Forums are doing it.

Because Ive been around the contest a long time, a few years ago, myself and others were approached to make suggestions on how to improve the contest. The suggestion to increase the amount of entries under one name was immediately mentioned. So one of main reasons for the big increase in entries is having the ability to have 2 entries under your name, I would have made it 3 personally. The internet and the word getting out, domino efffect has helped also. I would estimate 80% are by proxy
