Pops I need your help. I'm want to track the opening money line (col z)versus the pitchers H VS A era diff (col ax). I'm thinking there may be some value in it. Example lets say you had one team that the home ml was -250 and the H VS A era diff was .43, and another team that the home ml was -120 and the H VS A era was .43, I would think the value would be in betting on the underdog at plus money, or the favorite at the smaller minus money line. Not sure this is going to make any sense, I'm not good at explaining things. Could this be track on a pivot table.

all the finals info i put directly into the master every morning and upload to the thread. no going to do another spreadsheet and upload it.

can say i'll always remember to do it but i've up a data dump into todays pdws below all of the todays data, no formating plus a couple of extra cols so be careful if you do copy paste specials etc

i know it takes a little longer to d/l the master vs the pdws but it's less than a min for me and i'm a lot further from costa rica than you are

i'm looking at it now. didnt want to delay the pdws and master updates

remember right now those diff are off of last year's era and whip numbers but that will change in a couple of weeks

plus 4 sure can use the actual number of the diff as way to many data points. i'll put in the cat's for those which limits the starting pitchers to about 10 values

the twjd tab in the spreadsheet. even with only using the era h and a cat ranges you have a ton of dat points. play with it (just drag and drop items you want etc) you might try the ML cat ranges vs the actual number to reduce the size even further plus easy to drag diff items into one of the 4 block. i put everything in the top headers and included the entire range of data to your free to fire away

done, will be in update tomorrow

looks much better as well. just remember to make sure that the win ration of those exceed the ML ratio eg 3w-2lost on ML CAT HF7 where it's -221 plus so you would need to win at 3-1 or better to make it a decent opportunity. but many decent areas now for you to look at. just drag the line range cats and replace the ML numbers and your done. should take you about 30 seconds
