2010 MLB Master Spread Sheet Below:
right now it's only 4 mb, but within a few weeks will be close to 20 so i'll have to start compressing. once that happens you will need to use winraw (dont worry it's a free program) which will than give you the spreadsheet itself

if you have any questions etc or find any problem areas let me know

wont have time to answer them now as it's time to get to work, but something for me for later or for old business tomorrow

Scalping question

Pops, when you line scalp how movement are you looking for (10,20,30 more?) before you close out of that particular trade? Or is a case where you let it run until you see the line slow down an move the other way or becomes stagnet? i.e. you bought in at say -140 everybody rushes into the favorite and pushe the line to -180 do you cover(close out)...or let it run even more?

Answered my own question. Once last year there were 12 home games in a row for a team.

Is this like a stock market sort of thing, but instead you guys trade bet odds? for instance you place a bet on a +180 line, then as bettors cause an influx of betting on the favorite, thus lowering the odds to say (for example) 135+)... at which point you would sell your bet at +180 for a certain percentage of interest tacked on?

I wouldn't be surprised if i am completely off here on the understanding, so feel free to lambast me for my ignorance.

Can you tell me what this activity is called exactly so i can look it up and learn about it, or provide me with a link to a guide?

unless the numbers i'm looking at so very very strong trends for move up or down movement i close out at 15 points period. you never know when a syn is going to come in and close theirs out and kill all your profit. my normal scalps are only 3 to 5 points so why be G

your on the right track. someone posted the link below, which i just check out. it's only a basic scalp calc not as complex as the ones i'm using but it will do the job. i had a much more detail explaination of how it done but that web page is no longer available. the brits led the charge on refining the process and some of the programs i use were done by them originally

normal scalps are just done between OS etc and take advantage of there moves based on the people that bet with them but they are normally small amounts like 3 to 5 points

when i first started doing this many years ago the scalps were much more and stayed live for 30 plus min. now it's less than a min as many more are doing it (why pass up free money)

this year i using my data plus external sources to try and project line moves and jump in early to get larger scalps. this does involve much greater risks and you can never never take a break while you have a active ones open. you snooze you loose and not just a little

also back in the old day in LV you would have runners at the key casino that would call in the numbers to you and do the same thing. (one of the reasons they didnt allow cell phones, but now with the electronic tie in's etc you can use cell in the sports books w/o any problem)

Pops if I am correct to make any kind of money in this scalping business you have to have a pretty big size bankroll and many outlets to get the action down right? I have heard you talk about credit before, this also has to be an important factor. Do you scalp within the same book or different ones?
And lastly are the books keen to what you are doing as you always here they may cutoff or limit your bets to the sharps, so have you ever had a posistion and went to play the other side and not been able to.
Sorry for all the questions but I find this very interesting but I believe most could not do this not only becuase of the time factor but bankroll, outlets and credit terms.

I don't think H was anywhere this weekend....I also saw him at 2nd on Friday on mlb.com but then checked the box score later and he was not on there????? STRANGE! hopefully he'll be behind the plate somewhere today! By far the best UNDER UMP I've seen!

credit accounts are the best, that way you dont have to use your own money, if not about decent size accounts and about 5 decent os. pinny mb are the key ones as they have the largest bet sizes etc.

os could care less as they move the lines to bal out there books. all the want is 50/50 payout ratio's
