My index finger was sitting there tapping over that comment about service plays. Not quite sure if, how or should I even respond. Never had a good one I liked mostly because I never had a good one.

I gave out a wonderful formula that one could put at the top of the master or below for that matter. Some of this stuff is just unbelieveable. Surprised they don't buy the plays from Pops and sell them. They probably just download his pdws and get them off of there.

As an example

One zen is 14-2, another is 17-7, another is 14-6, another is 17-7.

Another cat is 15-6 in the last 21 days.

There is an A league play that is 17-3 last 45 days. Opps one of my plays.

His stuff is really not that bad and it is free.

As a general rule, are you playing the teams from columns CB...CC...and CD...(Play HM...Play HM A....and Play HM N)?

Joe I was talking about Pops going out for a few cold ones. He mentioned he needed to stay away from some vices to reach his goal. Not that he has any vices.

JJ if you are talking about the pdws I don't know as I don't use it. But in general you are right or very close. Each day my counter updates as I use a range of days. Can't go back unless I reset everything. Also each of those one needs to separate by N and A. Don't know why but always a dif between leagues each year. If DH makes that much dif can't answer that.

Okay, that's news to me that you don't use the pdws. So the plays on the pdws with your CTP initials on them ... are you saying you aren't necessarily playing them? I thought if they're labeled "CTP" then they have passed your "last 21 days" filter and you are putting your money on them. Please clear up what relationship the pdws has with your personal plays. Thanks again for your contributions.

JJ no no and more no. When I worked on that sheet for you I told you that is how I do this stuff every day. I transfer what is available on to my sheet which is the same as the master. I add to the bottom then all my counters are dragged down each day. They are not the counters but all the formulas I use just as in your file. It was hard for you to get the hang of it. For me it takes roughly 10 minutes each day to update with yesterdays finals and todays new stuff. I have cols hi-lited that I pay daily attention to and scan the rest. Whole process does not take a half hour. Then I spend between several and 10 hours scanning the data, verifying stuff is working and if not why. Those plays labeled CTP except for the zens are volatile if I spelled it right. That stuff changes so I keep on top of it. If I make changes it is starting today and I leave the old stuff as is So record updates from today on forward and old stays old. After 21 days it is all new. I am selective even among those plays listed as mine. Yesterday early one had the NYY but also ATL I just passed. Was not interested in laying that much. They both had to win and as it was they split so you go 1-1 and lose a unit and a quarter. So I made the right guess.

It is not for everyone but it is what I do. I have been working with these numbers thru excel so have gotten pretty good at it. I do a lot of stuff the old way by just putting the data in a new file and I sort it by what I want. Take col BE which is designator for the opener. Sort the whole thing by col BE they are all in order so a simple glance and you can see what is going on. Sort by 2 cols BE then F and you have them separated by league.

New era is pivots but I like the way I do it and I do use them.

ok, just waiting on the info for the mil and stl games. so while we are waiting, i did get a rev that i applied to the master regarding the new ctp home plays, i believe there were 4 in the rev a release. after that (which had the same calc but also had filters that removed the higher cat's fav from showing up as plays) with that change there are NO new ctp home plays for today
