I noticed in your thread at the beginning of last year, you were betting 0.5-3.0 units. Assuming I did not miss anything, you had only 0.5, 1, 1.25 and 1.5 units this year. Are still using the 0.5-3.0 scale? Or you doing something different?
Also, what surface to you think your best at capping?

Still using the same staking plan but I'd say I'll be betting 1 unit about 90% of the time. I had one 3 unit play last year (it lost), and only a few 2/2.5 unit plays. Very rare for me and only if I see some tremendous value. One of my problems is being able to adjust stakes, sometimes I'm too cautious.
As for surface, I honestly have no clue. I got killed on clay and grass two years ago, but did great on them last year. A few guys say clay is very difficult to beat, but I don't think surface plays a huge part, you need some good draws, interesting matchups, and an eye for spotting that value.

Ferru has been out of form/playing with no confidence for close to a year now. He's making so many uncharacteristic errors, and his serve is weak as piss.
Hrbaty seems to be making a revival, put some impressive performances in the Hopman Cup, and was apparently awesome in qualifying. Different confidence levels with these two guys, so hoping it continues in this match.
