I'll match any amount you want to send in to Wil for possible PSU-USC game. You can have your PSU and I will take USC. Should be easy decision for you with the way you keep carrying on about your team. If no, lets stop your daily chest beating until you actually win a big game.

What is wrong with you? You lost to a team that isn't that good, and if you want to argue that they are good, well then PSU has beat a good team. In fact they beat Illinois. PSU is the real deal and I hope they don't lay an egg. As of right now they're better than USC. End of story. Why you can't admit this is beyond me. Why would I post up money when that game has a good chance of not happening. Lets wait to see if it happens and then we can discuss it. Why you're so bitter is beyond me. PSU has two big games left and if they get through both of those they should be playing for a national title. I don't know why you insist on them not being that good. Their offense is explosive and their defense is stingy. They're for real. Stop with the USC homerism. WHEN PSU gets a loss, which could easily happen, then come and talk to me. Until then move along.

PS. The Big Ten is MUCH better than the Pac-10 IMO.

It's real simple. You're both sort of right and you're both sort of wrong. Neither of these two statements is arguable:

1. Penn State's resume so far this season is better than USC's.
2. USC would be favored on a neutral field against Penn State if they played this weekend.

Lines have nothing to do with what team is better. It has everything to do with the public's perception of what team is better and USC is a public team. PSU would be a dog but that doesn't change the fact that I think they're a better overall team. Just my opinion.

I also think that Red Eye is a soar ass loser who can't admit that they blew the game to a team that PSU already beat. He's sitting high and mighty but he's wrong.

If I'm a USC guy, I probably don't think the Big-10 is very good either. They beat last year's 2nd place B10 team and this year's projected B10 champ both by over 30. So while you think beating Illinois by two touchdowns is impressive, while I think it's pretty impressive, I get why he doesn't.

I think the Pac-10 is a decent conference too (I'm really high on Arizona, think the Wildcats may give SC its other loss this season). But the way PSU beat Oregon State and after Oregon State beat SC, I get why a PSU guy would think the Pac-10 is garbage.

The truth is, the conferences are 3rd and 4th best in the nation. Pretty close to me. I guess I'd give the nod to the Big 10 because NW and MSU have been so much better than expected.

Here's what I will say. I'm betting Wisconsin +5 this week, and I wouldn't make that bet against USC.

College football is all about match ups. Plain and simple. You may not make that play but that's you. I also think PSU has had a more impressive year. I think OSU, PSU, Illinois, and Wisconsin are better than nearly every team in the Pac-10 besides maybe USC and Oregon. I think that MSU is better than almost every team in the Pac-10. These are just my opinions but pointing to last year makes no sense. Also pointing out that USC beat who was supposed to win the Big-10 makes no sense.

I thought PSU was better than OSU going into this season, as long as Daryll Clark was good and he has been very good. We'll see as the season goes on but I truly think PSU beats Wisconsin by 14+. I am nervous because it's a hostile place but that offense is explosive and their defense should be able to contain Wisconsin.

I'm more nervous about the OSU game as of right now but you never know what'll happen.

PSU has looked more impressive THIS season. Just my opinion. It's still early and I can respectfully disagree with you. I think a play on Wisconsin is the wrong play, but I did play Purdue this past week. PSU was looking ahead to this game and we'll see where it goes.

Also let me add that I bet PSU over Oregon State and I wouldn't have bet USC over Oregon State. So I guess we're even in that sense.

Why would i admit that Penn St is better then USC ? I can't do that because its not true. Thats why I will put my money where my mouth is and you run from it. If they don't meet , no problem money gets refunded. We don't have to worry about the spread either since you think PSU is better. I'm talking to you now since you made the stupid statment that P ST is better. If you want me to move along , then stop making idiotic statements like that. Intelligent Posters will call you out on them. I think Penn St is a good team, but don't have anywhere near USC's athletes to comptete for 60 minutes. BTW its not a homerism either, I am a Oregon fan , from Oregon. I just pay attention to what I see. Ok they overlooked OSU, but they crush
every one of these little 11 teams like a fly on the wall.

Dude why would I tie up my money for the next two or three months when the odds are it's going to get refunded? That wouldn't make any sense. Also who cares what USC has done to Big Ten teams in the past, also stop calling it the little 10 when it's better than the Pac-10 this year.

Dude, I will call it the Little 10 whenever I want. I'm just calling you out on your ignorant post of P St being better then USC. That game easily could happen in Rose Bowl this year. I see that your backing down so will leave you alone.

I'm not going to lock my money up for three months for a better over the internet with an unknown person. I said come find me if the game happens and I'll gladly put my money where my mouth is.

DUDE THIS YEAR PSU IS BETTER. They're ranked higher and have fewer losses and beat the team that USC lost to.

Why do you continue to argue with me about that? It's not an ignorant post. As of right now it's true.

Penn St is not better thats why I backed my statement with a future bet with you ,if you would take it. You declined, because you really don't really feel that strongly about your team and really know who the better team is. I suggested to send funds to moderator " Wil ". He has done these kids of things for years here on the forum with poster challenges and disputes. I have been to 4 bashes and know alot of Posters so I am credible too. I'm getting to feel like your just some flavor of the month PSU Homer with no real credibility here. Not even sure why i am wasting time with your foolishness. BTW , just because USC lost to a team that PSU beat does not make them better. You can go on and on in history of the same kind of anology and see that it really doesn't make any difference.
