I'm simply responding to the words used in the Snoops Link / Citation.

The voting trends that applied in 2000 and 2004 also apply largely to 2008, with admittedly one difference, Obama made inroads and actually won many of the affluent suburbs, which helped him win the election. But one Presidential election doesn't make a trend.
