That's what you said last year when you said they couldn't even make the playoffs let alone be 5 outs from the WS. And don't even tell me -- well see they did't win. 9 times out of 10 in that situation they would have. It just didn't happen. Doesn't mean it couldn't have happened and doesn't mean it won't happen this year with a much much better overall team. There is no question that this year's squad is better.
Obviously I miss last year's 50-1 offer which I was rather easily able to hedge 10 off of, but the 13-1 I just got recently is very nice on its own as well. I'm big on Cubs 13-1 to win the WS, awesome crazy value.
As for Houston, stick a fork in em. They'll be lucky to finish 3rd in the central.
