...so 60 days after the purhcase, you're eligible to collect the cashback.

This is the only thing I'm having a tough time understanding. After setting up the cashback program acct., does Paypal notify Live.com that you completed the transaction at Ebay automatically or is there something else you need to do?

Today that amount is 20% back, still great if you are gonna buy shit anyways, up to $250 in cashback

Right after you purchase something after using Live.com as seasrch to get to ebay, you get a message in your ebay about the cashback.

From there you are sent to live.com and you sign in

I was able to use the 35% off AND the 10% ebay for 45% off really

Just today i had a buddy sell me some shit he made up for $999, i sent him the Paypal funds and he takes off 70 bucks for fees and returns money, i get the remaining cashback of 250- fees of 70= 180 profit, for absolutely doing nothing
