Raunchy sexual joke, that's been the standard for decades ! Married with children probably one of the first to go there, 2.5 men and many others. It's trashy for sure but TV has evolved since the days of The Andy Griffith show.

Only good character on the entire show was the horse. and yeah lets just pretend every apartment landlord will tolerate that one.
