Acebb, the DoD has no power to shut down roads unless Martial Law is declared. That most likely was the state patrol.

No dude. There are serious and I mean very serious legal ramifications for Federal Military forces conducting law enforcement activities on U.S. soil. It's against the law dating back to the Revolutionary War.

Last time it was done legally was to quell the riots in L.A.
