I don't think you understand him at all. He's saying he knew the over was good, but he instead wagered on Ball State because of this guy. He doesn't need to apologize at all.
And stop with the "ifs." TOs happen. No need for excuses. You can justify pretty much any side any day by saying, "Well, if this didn't happen, I would have covered!"

The end result made me re-think my position on Ball State and as a result I changed my pick from Ball State to Buffalo.

i'm happy I listened to BB on Rutgers. Parlayed them with the over and SD and turned that into a mountain last night. I am grateful for his insight. No one wins every game, I was just trying to maybe stop the bleeding for a couple of you. There is no room for hating in gambling. Bad juju. Never root against another person, root for yourself first and hope everyone wins. Buffalo just seemed like a standout play that only happens a couple of times a year.....You know what I mean like when there's a bowl game where you know one team is gonna win by 40, and then they do.
