I hate to say it but is price tag may be too high.
Yes he has been awesome the last 1.5 years but how many times have we seen pitchers have those 1 or 2 great years from out of nowhere then get the huge deal only to live with regret for the next 7 seasons.
Hes going to get Greinke and Price money but is entire body of work does not justify that.
