Dime good points. If you really want to go the square local route, deal whole numbers only - no hooks, give a player a chance to lose on ties at every opportunity. Of course that means dealing a teaser only line and may be going to far even for the squarest of squares.

WIL.............alot of heated debate over teasers being a sucker bet.....some say yes some say no.......
imo.....the simple fact of the matter is this.........you still have to win two (2) seperate bets to cash in......(assuming a tie is a loss ie. 2-team 6pt teasers)
having to win two bets will always be harder than having to win one bet......
i have never had a problem with accepting teasers in this way..
2-team 6pt teasers, ties lose, on cfl or nfl side to side or total to total.....if the player wants the 1/2 pt he lays 6/5
3 team 10pt teasers (hammers) on college side only...laying 6/5
some posters will swear by teasers, qouting various stats that they say can swing the odds in thier favor........i say bring it on............why????
because teaser bettors...........INVARIABLY BET TO MANY OF THEM.......too many wagers, that always seem to catch up with them sooner or later...jmo

i see that. This guy is not sharp, he does not even own a computer nor know how to work one, he watches tons of football and has been betting on football for 20 years but hes not a "Sharp" player. he does not keep records, does not have his own set of power numbers or anything, plays a few streak kinds of things, but wow on these teasers.dimeplayersonly said:
