It did, I remember. I just can't find the article. The first comment underneath that video posted a year ago says he died as well but that news article's website is down. It's such an old video, but it was a big thing when it came out.

I believe he went into a coma, and then died like a week later.

SEATTLE -- Two men were booked into the King County Jail on Saturday in the death of a Renton man hit on the head with a skateboard.
Demetri Andrews, 33, died Friday at Harborview Medical Center. He had suffered a skull fracture and bleeding into the brain. He had been in a coma after being struck Tuesday.
Seattle police spokesman Duane Fish said three men were taken into custody at 1 a.m. Saturday, but one was questioned and released.
Investigators think Timothy R. Strano, 21, of Seattle is the one responsible for the fatal blow to Andrews head, Fish said.
The other man booked was Joseph M. Tremato, 32, of Seattle.

33-year-old Demetri Andrews, of Renton, died in April of a brain injury, three days after a scuffle in Seattle's University District in which Timothy Strano hit him in the head with a skateboard.
King County prosecutors say they will ask that Strano serve 6-and-a-half years in prison when he is sentenced in February. Prosecutors contended that Andrews scuffled with Strano and Strano's friend when they blocked his way as Andrews and his girlfriend were driving on University Way

If you get into a street fight, but only one guy ends up fighting and kills somebody. I'm sure there's something you can charge the other people with. Same with if you go rob a place and your friend kills a guy. I'm not a lawyer or anything but it's common sense.
