That Wisconsin out of bounds call was not right at all. The ref got sold by the USC sideline. It was an all around screw up because the whistle actually blew a few seconds after the foot was near the out of bounds line. So what they could of done is reviewed it and then said the runner was in bounds and we will give Wisconsin possession 10 to 15 yards further than was originally called out. So not only did they mess up the out of bounds call, they also messed up by not reviewing it and giving him credit for the yards he ran before the whistle blew. That was a terrible call. Also the look on that kids face was like he let down his team. It wasn't right.
