the bookies are all same. thats an american bookie. well europeans are worse aka vave.com is an european crypto casino/sports bookie. they wont give my ripple back that was successfully get transferred. they know that ripple is having a conference in end of september. and it could very possibly devalue ripple. its about 300 ripple. can you believe they trying to steal 300 xrp. lowlifes. im sure they are money laundering like crazy since you cant go to a legitimacy since it is not a real payment currency yet even though they act like they legit using terms like centralized. very dangerous.

Heritage was a good book at one time. Their customers service has become a joke and they don't really seem to care.
I moved on.

I can verify all of this. I asked them to have a customer service manager call me to discuss a graded wager and they told me "that's not going to happen. I was pretty surprised that they would say that.

Right before NFL started, when they changed their policy to no more open parlays or teasers, they deleted the open end bets I had, (two teamers with one game already in as a winner.)
First they said they would re-post them and allow me to bet the second part after they fixed the sftwr problem they were working on.
A few days they cancelled my bets and credited my account with the original bet amount.
When I called to find out what happened they said, "We no longer allow open bets, you're bets have been cancelled."
I said, "You're telling me you're not going to allow me to bet the second part of bets I already had one winner on?" and the customer service rep said, "Yeah, that's EXACTLY what I'm telling you."

Lousy policy and rude customer service.
Glad I have other outs.

After they updated their website I had an issue with below $25 open parlays , I called and got a rep they said I could fill the bets but they had to have a betting rep call me, I got a call back and had no issues, Seems the transition to new format is causing the issues I hope yours gets resolved

Heritage has changed they're customer service has become downright rude in your face, pretty much fuck you. I've had an account with them for 10+years but rarely play with them anymore after an incident this August as they tried to strong arm me into doing Bitcoin as a withdrawal. I'm old school and prefer checks. I easily could have adapted to Bitcoin but didn't like being bullied. I wrote a complaint email to Bookmakers review to report Heritage and intervene on my behalf to get paid by check as always has been and still indicated on their website as a payment option. After a few days, got a call from Heritage and they issued me a check. It did come with a price as I discovered a week later, they pulled all bonuses upon any of future deposits. So moved on and focusing on my other outs. STAY AWAY, they're in decline with a shitty new website, nasty customer service and changing rules depending on the player/situation.

I have a pending issue with them from last night. waiting on their response but if they don't correct the grading then they are out of control.

thanks, i will give them the rundown tomorrow and will post here once i get my money out. this situation is as egregious as i've seen since any bookie in the past 20+ years. We're talking betmega shit from the late 90's. and all this for just $432.20

i was heritage's biggest fan, my #1 used book for >10 years. Things have fallen apart this summer but THIS situation is the worst thing you can ever do as a book. it's shocking

It's puzzling. They were a great offshore, always top notch but overnight they've gone from the penthouse to the shit house. A friend of mine who plays with them also said they're not taking any new customers? WTF?

Yea i had an issue a couple years ago with a check withdrawal too. No where in my city of 130,000 would cash it invluding my bank, said it was flagged. Had to basically beg them to issue a withdrawal a diff way so they said they’d send bitcoin as long as only used bitcoin to dep/wd in the future. So i did its no big deal and i liked the book. Had played there ever sonce my days here when betjaica (who i loved) closed and moved my acct there. Gave them alot of action. Even after my state went legal i still played there too. Then after a really good run, i got an email that said we detected an error with a 300.00 deposit a few months ago where you were credited twice. So we will remove 25% of any future deposits/wds until the 300 is recovered. I know my accts and know i never got 300 extra, they couldnt show me when it was , so i havent played there since. Its been FD and Hardrock and MGM for me. Reading this makes me think i made the right choice

i stopped using them a couple years ago. they were my go to book for about a decade. i used to love their reduced juice and somewhere down the line they changed that to a bonus program like with rollovers. when i went to withdrawal, they told me i had x amount of bets left to complete the rollover. i told them this was never the case before and they told me i was wrong. when i said i would be switching books, they couldn't have cared less. then they stopped doing withdrawals on the weekends and that was it. i sure as hell don't miss them. BOL is a great book with excellent customer service. i wouldn't doubt if they went under with how their customer service treats people. i'm honestly surprised they're still around because i don't hear anything good about them anymore

Yes, there's definitely trouble at Heritage Sportsbook. I would not advise using them as there are many red flags being raised. They are not whitelisting many credit card deposits and seem to be in total disarray.

they should pay them as straight wagers anyway.

Cigar, yes, that's one option I requested, but they refused.

Fortunately I have other outs, because the situation there keeps getting worse.
Yesterday I was getting ready to watch the Balt/Pit game. I wanted a little prop action to add to my rooting interest.
I run some numbers and choose to play a receiving yards prop.
I put in my wager, wait for approval, and up pops a screen saying "Wager No Longer Available."
I check the time - it's still 11 minutes before 10 am (PST.) I go back to the "player props" section and sure enough the prop is no longer available, even though other player props, such as "rushing yards" are still up. I refresh my screen - same thing, the bet I wanted is gone.
Not worth the time to call and argue with customer service.

And that ain't all.

I took a different prop bet. I checked my play last night and they graded it incorrectly.
I had to use the chat function (forget trying to get someone on the phone there) to send them a note telling them to fix it. They did, but it's the second time this week they tried to screw me by grading a winner as a loser.

I'll keep my money there until the end of the season (on the off chance they have a line I want) but after that I'm done with them.
Anyone playing there - be sure to double check your wager status, they are shady as fuk.

You need to get on a book that doesn't require deposits, a few crypto ones out there where you bet from your own wallet
