Wow, quite an upset. Zuniga hadn't fought in around 2 years and even when I had saw him he looked pretty mediocre. Rowland is nothing to impressive but he has OK boxing skills so I figured he outboxes Zuniga. Here's the report....

Rowland loses KO shocker!
By Andre Courtemanche
The Troy Rowland express came to a screeching halt tonight in front of thousands of his adoring fans at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as Downey, California via Ecuador’s Fernando Zuniga repeatedly dropped and staggered the hometown favorite on his way to a TKO at 1:01 of round 7. Zuniga, who had reportedly spent an extended training camp in Big Bear, was simply too strong for Rowland and hurt him with nearly every shot he landed. Rowland was down three times in all and nearly down a few more. The loss brings to an end a 17 fight winning streak that saw Rowland ascend to WBO #12, IBF #13 and WBC #14 at middleweight. With the win, Zuniga revives his career and goes to 23-7 (18). Rowland, who had been in consideration for a fight against Jermaine Taylor recently, falls to 21-2 (5).

releford was sweet. I saw him against Dimentrenko and that kid has heart and i wish him good luck because he is going the hard road to success.
BTW Dimentrenko got put on his ass big time time against Koval. He won a UD but Koval landed full power right cross Dimetrenko and dimentrenko was in lala land for a second but he recovered pretty good was at the end of round two.
I looked at Zunigas record but didnt like it too much, but i was on Williams and Diaz. Thats the good thing about playing dogs no harm done.
