What does this even mean? There are hundreds of very good pitchers who have never thrown one. Hell plenty of Hall-Of-Famers. Just be excited and don't make pointless and weird comments like that.

If you followed his career, he has been close a few times. To pitch one, you need a little luck too. Heck, the Mets I don't think have ever thrown one and they have had the best pitching for 40 years.
