Several weeks ago a poster posted about a website that gives private information for free. Zabasearch.com (By the way this was listed on the main forum) but what the hell--I'm here to ask a serious question. I went to the website yesterday and looked up my name. Bingo...it was there with the correct addres and phone numbers.....BUT and this is HUGE....it had the WRONG YEAR of my birth and month. The month is no big deal....the YEAR IS. So I sent them an email from the contact page asking that it be corrected, that I could verify that I am the person which they have the correct name ...correct address and correct phone numbers...BUT THE WRONG YEAR OF BIRTH, which I wanted corrected. Today, I get an email answer from them stating that birthdates are wrong to protect the individual and can NOT be changed. END Quote.
If they have the address and phone numbers correct ..how is LISTING the WRONG YEAR of birth a protection. Can I see a lawyer if they refuse to change it to my CORRECT year of birth..? They are listing LIES!
