Creme of Crab Soup-
This is SO easy, and its delicious (if you like seafood)
You wanna start with 2 lbs of All Lump Maryland Backfin Crabmeat, very important what kind of crabmeat you use
Okay so you start with
- 3 sticks of butter or margerine, heat til it melts in a large pot
- mix in flour until it is completely mixed in with the butter
- then add two cans of chicken broth, heat on med high
-add about a half gallon of milk
- mix in Old Bay Seasoning , the amount you add will depend on how spicey
-add the 2lbs of crabmeat and let it heat on low for about 20 minutes
The longer the crabmeat sits in with the juice, the more tasty
