I forgot PSYCHO T never has a bad game.. i'll be sure to bump this thread as soon as he doesn't.... maybe when unc stops playing oral roberts...

Shit i mean PSYCHO T played perrenial power UC- santa barbara this year and went 2 for 8 with 13 points... because he had 10 trips to the line... Idk they must have some beastly forwards down low and uCSB

1. UNC - clear cut favorite to cut down the nets in Detroit. They have NBA talent at every position except center since their bigs will all play the 4 at the next level.

2. Texas - No team plays better pressure defense and an early season loss to Notre Dame was on a neutral court in Hawaii. They have experience good guard play and big men. Not to mention they are very athletic.

3. UCONN - Thabeet is very dominant and they have solid guards who can run the break and shoot.

4. Gonzaga - Despite the loss to Arizona tonight I think they are the second most all around talented team in the country. I am not saying that any one player is the best at their position but all around they have great players.

5. Oklahoma - I keep saying they are not as good as they seem but they keep winning and Blake Griffin keeps putting up great numbers while the rest of the team is starting to get more comfortable with their roles and playing better.

problem is, when Heytvelt has a 18 and 10 game, that's a big game for him. tyler does it like it's nothing.

you can bump this thread all you want, it's not going to help your argument.

oh now we are comparing them with their teams? :nohead::nohead:

alright it's a moot point arguing with some people on here.. i didn't bump it you did by saying "my boy" had a bad game today..

1 bad game, i came back stating a lackluster game for "your boy" and then you say basically hansbrough doesn't have to try to do good or something? who knows..

i lose all credibility? you're smart, hop off the psycho T bandwagon

watch this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InqJS6ONXPE

This video means nothing lol. All I see is:

-Him dunking on an open basket after a good pass
-Him blocking Hansborough from behind
-Him again dunking on an open basket
-Him again blocking someone from behind
-Him getting a tip in over 2 guys not named Hansborough.
-Him hitting a hook over someone not named Hansborough.
-Him hitting a jumper over someone not named Hansborough.
-Him hitting a layup over someone not named Hansborough.
-Him hitting a jumper over someone not named Hansborough.
-Him blocking Hansboroughs already partially blocked shot from off the ball.
-Him shooting a 3 pointer.

What makes him better then Hansborough. His ability to shoot the ball? By this theory then Yi Jianlin is better then Dwight Howard. Hansborough is much more physical, tough, and will out-hustle anyone in the nation. Hansborough is a force inside. If we are talking who is the better big man their is Hansborough and Blake Griffin you can put at 1 and 2. The only other guy who joins this conversation comes from a Zags fan.

Who cares that he's 6'8? It will hurt him in the NBA, but it doesn't matter for college. 6'8 PF's are just fine for NCAA basketball. Hansbrough is either 1st or 2nd best in the nation. Only PLAYER, not just big man, I would put ahead of him is maybe Blake Griffen. Nobody else would I take on my team over Hansbrough for college.

I like you HD, but it's time to take off the homer glasses because Syracuse isn't even to being a Top 5 team.

obviously after this game they aren't, but before I believe they were. their personnel, and resume was good enough for them to be a top 5 team in my eyes. obviously after that loss i wouldn't have them ranked that high. i do believe they will go into memphis saturday and handle them

I had them ranked around 17, but after tonight they are barely in the Top 25. They might have top 5 talent, but they are too inconsistent and Top 5 teams don't lose to Cleveland St. at home.

Memphis will beat Syracuse.

I've seen every Cuse game this season. Their upside is so high but they have yet to show that they can put it together. With Flynn I always feel like they will find a way to win but they can just get so sloppy and lacks at times that I can't see having them sniffing the top 5, and that was before tonight. Boeheim needs to just let this team play man-to-man. Cuse is one of those teams that could go either way, they are going to be very dangerous if they put it all together and I probably would struggle to keep them off a list of teams that could end the year as a top 5 team in my rankings.

That said, without having seen every team I stand by my original stance that it's

1. UNC - truly is them and then everyone else
2. Gonzaga

3. Pitt
4. G'Town
5. Uconn
Really after the top 2 I'm not real sure and even Gonzaga could fade. From the bits and pieces I've seen of Georgetown I've come away extremely impressed - but everyone I talk to says they don't like the team so maybe it's my small sample of viewings. Need to shore up their rebounding but they play lockdown defense and can put the ball in the hole while getting to the line. Probably overrating them but at this point 3 on is wide open in my eyes. Probably not a good idea to have Big East 3-5 but whatever, the conference is stacked...

Sure this list will undergo major changes after 2 throughout the year but this is my premature, small sample of viewings guess.

Homedawg, give it up, Syracuse isn't, wasn't, and never will be a top 5 team.

They shot better from the field, from the 3, made just as many FT's and CSU shot, more rebounds, more shots blocked, but more turnovers.........AND LOST.

They beat Florida? So what, Florida sucks. They beat Kansas? So what KU MIGHT finish 5th in the BIG 12, at best.

Sorry to tell you, but Syracuse isn't going to Memphis and handle them. It could very well be the opposite.
