Mussina hasnt pitched bad though in post season....remember he is usually going against the opponents best..Pedro, Santana etc...

Journey, Santana was hardly an Ace last year and if he pitched against Pedro in the post season it was at least 2000 if not before 2000. In fact I think last year was the first time Mussina was the first starter for the Yankees in the playoffs. I think he was Baltimore's starter back in the late 90s.

Mussina has been very good in the playoffs, my point being he always gets next to no support...just like tonight.

He was every bit as good as Santana tonight...Hunter made two great plays, Sierra homer just missed...the game went pretty much they way I expected...

i may have lost this play - but if they replay this game again - ZERO DOUBT i win it.

i/we had the right side - just things didn't go our way.

i would love to see this exact same matchup in G5 - for the line might be around the same and so will my play.

hope it does happen -- santana will be much more dominant next time around -- twins easily in the same match-up again. unfortunately, unlikely to happen again -- santana in #4 against who knows for torre.

Winky...I been reading your posts on the RX for a couple of yaers now and respect you as a capper and look for your posts on west coast college, they are excellent...also love how you call out the scamdicappers!!....BUT...I think...for you to post that you had the right side last night....would be something that you are to much of a veteran capper to do...the yankees put up 0 runs and hit into a record tying # of double plays and near miss homer was a solo blast...writing that I/we had the right side when yankees could'nt beat a pitcher who did'nt have his best stuff by far....is something i did'nt except.....I'm a big Red Sox fan and I/we were the right side in game 7 of last years ALCS...if only we could replay that game..Grady Little pulls Pedro and....oh well....maybe they have a game 5 rematch...but i dont think it gets that far...I am not trying to dis you winky...I was just surprised to see you post that....BOL in the post season ....DANO
