If I can hit 4 in a row doubling up...that should equal the rollover..shouldn't it?? The thing that pisses me off, is I want to give half of my 1500 from Yahops to JeffH for doing the contest...but they are giving me the run around.

CRIS Customer service Rocks. They are great.

Here is CRIS's customer service response when I asked them about the rollover.

I had the same problem for the 1st day. Everything has been fine for me since. I have a feeling that their techies work only 1 day a week.

In order to meet the 10x rollover requirement, I played blackjack for a while and lost about $300. I then sent an email to the accounting department at Yahoops to request a withdrawal. 2 days go by before they answer me. They tell me:

"You have not completed the 10x wagering requirements as CASINO wagers are not accepted as part of the requirement.
Since this bonus was awarded by the Sportsbook, you need to wager in the sportsbook."


The bonus rules at Yahoops state that there's a 5x rollover requirement and that casino wagers (minus craps and roulette) in fact do count towards the requirement. The RX prize was credited as a bonus to my account so I don't understand why we get the "special treatment"

I guess that Yahoops haven't broken any rules or anything but their attitude is getting on my nerves. I have much more respect for CRIS's policy:

That's a great policy at Cris...

The 10X play policy by Yahoops is just fine with me, it could be 20X for all I care, BUT I CAN'T MAKE A BET, IT DOESN'T WORK....

I'll email them and get it straight, I thought because the rest of you were having the same problem and contacted them that the problem would be solved by now....

I'll take care of business and report when it works.....

Gotta & Duckstabber,

I was going to post what the CS at Yahoops told me last week about why I can't place wagers over the internet, but figured they would have been working on it. I guess its at my end, as they can complete every task with my account when they try. Nothing they can do was the short of it.

Its still not working, would be a bit peeved if I deposited money and this was happening. I think mine is not working as I never had a account there until the contest ended, and have never deposited...of course its JMO

I figured I would try and place a phone wager today, I wanted to put 550 on Det/Orl over 46.5 in the 1st Q

Everything went fine, they were just getting my confirmation number when I asked when my account would work on line...she said could you hold....2 minutes later...

Them"We are sorry sir, but I'm going to have to send this to our technical department"
Me "Well is my wager entered?"
Them "No, sir"
Them"Can you call me back in 10 minutes?"
Me" The game will have started by then"
Me"Why can't I place any wagers with you guys???"
Them"It seems your account is a bonus"
Me "And???
Them" I'm going to have to send this to the technical department sir"
Me "So no wager...and call you back in 10 minutes?"
Them "Yes Sir."
Me" Yahhhhhh OK"

Hope it doesn't go over...but even if it did I could see the runaround trying to get it credited to my account LOL

I had the same problem as you guys the first day. Since they fixed my account, I have had no problems at all. Hopefully they will fix your accounts soon. I have a feeling that all they need to do Is activate them. It doesn't sound like rocket science.

Scooby - Also thank you for answering my question. It's somewhat of a relief.
