What happens if the other car in match up doesn’t finish either ?

It is all based upon where they finish. So once Cindric was officially out , you lost. Unless somehow the race is cancelled before half way. And that is not going to happen.

I'll be looking a little later. I will post in Baseball Forum around midnight if I really like anything. I was doing extremely well but then went cold in the KBO. However, I have won the past two days. Believe I am 10-7 now, taking primarily dogs or short favs.

And yeah, favs have been crushing it. Just remember in bases it is not so much about wins and loses as it is about the moneyline.
