I have made good amounts of money with them over the period of 2-3 months with betmania.com, always spoke high of them there, recommended this book to family and friends and everything was awesome until I started to withdraw some funds from there. At first I wasn`t aware of the havoc this ridiculous company would play with me! I received the first $6000 or so, and $1500 here and there too but little did I know that when I asked to withdraw the rest of my balance and to ask why I was getting short stacked I would be confronted with the apparent owner of BetMania, Mike Mitchell.Mike took my success pretty personally at first which I liked and he even offered game tickets and the works for helping him make money. We must have talked for hours, he would communicate with me for the first
month and later when I started to discover errors in my payments I have received I was always trying to get him on the phone and email. He finally decided to email me back and refused to discuss the matter with me. The Customer Service staff Fred and Caly told me that from this day on I could only speak to Mike. The whole thing got more and more out of hand, in the end he tried to make me send more money from players in return promising higher limits for some players and quicker payouts for myself. Good thing that I didn’t fall for the trap because he would have confiscated every Cent he could get his hands on. The reason the ruffly 40 active players I had there at one time left was because of line movements after the bet was placed the players would get a delay and the line would change up ot 40 cents a line and no withdraws for an entire month after the deposit even though it does not show this anywhere on the website. I explained to him I work very hard on getting them players and I didn't feal it was my responsiblity to keep the players in. At one time I had almost 15 players that deposited $5,000.00 daily and now its down to 1 active player that deposits $5,000 or more and he plans on leaving and never coming back when his 30 days is up. I was offered 50% net loss, then I noticed I was getting 30%, then I noticed I was getting 30% plus they were taking out the bonuses as well on my end so I was getting around 10-15%. Im owed apx $15,000.00 if not more from them and I have a feeling Im going to have to fight tooth and nail to get whats left owed to me. If Mike is not willing to treat my clients or myself the way he promissed he would even with him making over $75,000.00 dollars from my players I have a good fealing your not going to get treated well there either. Take this expensive and financial distruction and loss I have just been victimized of and not risk your funds with Mike or Betmania. Thank You for reading my complaint and have a happy holiday.
