KEN is DON and DON is KEN, the same person from Hawaii, the same office, he is located in San Jose, Costa Rica, Pavas, couple of hundred meters down the road from “ Jacks” a big cookie factory, everybody knows, also close to the American Embassy. ( down the road from Eagle ). He is renting a small office, maybe 20 x 20 foot. The guy is a cheap s.o.a.b. He owns both websites, www.4sportspicks.com and www.propowerpicks.com. The same guy, the same office, the same artist. The “runner” up north mentioned earlier in the posts is also well know for his pathetic excuses, the wife toke the safe, the dog eat the homework - yeah right. If this situation does not get worked out quick, I mean really quick, I will provide to all the parties, exact addresses, full names, local / international phone numbers, private and business from Ken / Don and the “Runner” . Don’t you guys ever bother asking for a business permit or his legal status in the country, is this man allowed to do this kind of business at all ? Ken / Don is bad news, stay away, as far as you can, his whole business is build to walk away from ! I can tell, I know him personal ! :heh:

At this point my questions about this is getting the connection between ewinner and 4sports figured out. I think 4sports might have bought out ewinner for some cash sometime in June or July, moved them over to the new software platform (basically a way to get new customers) and then dumped the ewinner clients who had any significant money (like me). Kept the losers, gave them a free $300, and are still upand running. At least that is my theory.



Don told me flat out he knows the ewinner people becaseu he met them on a couple occasions to get a buyout offer (he told me they offered ewinner 200,000 for the ewinner accoutns and customers but ewinner turned them down). He said they met to negociate when ewinner moved to his shop and his software and his office took over. But Don told me in an "industry like this one" you dont give names. Great he protects scum better than customers.

Don come in and explain the truth on all of this. Its hard to figure out the truth on little bits of info.

First, I want to thank you for all your help with this bandit.
Unfortunately, as you can probably guess, he has STOPPED making his weekly payments as agreed! He made three and still owes me four !
I called the other office,Dreamwager, that I deal with in CR, and they told me that Ken (Don) has told them to go f**k themselves and used all kinds of profanity on the phone and said to get the money from somebody that he has paid in error!!!!
I really believe that this guy has paid someone in error when his MO is NOT PAYING ANYONE !!!!!
I will be posting up other info on this guy to warn everyone that there is NO HOPE for this company. (priviously E-winner and currently also ProPowerPicks.com)

Immigration Police Raid !!!

Here are some news from this morning ( 11am ) <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1lace w:st="on">Costa Rica</st1lace></st1:country-region> – The office from Ken / Don got raided by local immigration police, They have been looking for Ken / Don. The man was not in ( lucky him ) but they left a Court Order for him, to present himself within 24h if that’s a “no show” a warrant for his arrest will be issued and he will get deported right away. However, his illegal ”SIX” is history ! It’s time for all his players to withdraw their money or at least try to do so. One thing is sure, Lucky1 did not get his money and things are getting ugly, time to pay, Ken :finger:

"Lucky opened a credit account and since lost a ton of money. He the called the sports book and asked to have accounts in opened up in his bothers name and was giving a 3000 bonus if his bother posted up front to cover his "credit" account. He was suppose to but never did. He placed bets with this credit account and won then wanted a withdrawal. After talking to Lucky1 friend we found that Lucky does not have a brother and it was him trying to rip off 4sportspicks for the bonus. His account was canceled. He was not to even use the account until he paid the up front money as he promised. He fucked around and got caught. Lucky tried to screw the book but the book figured out what he did and shut him down.

As far as all the other **** he talks about as to my wife this has nothing to do with Lucky as he is just talking that information off my site.

Minnow, I did believe everything Ken told me. I was paid not to admitt Ken/Don was running 4sportspicks. My Job was to be propowerpicks. I am posting to make sure there are no more luckys in the world through 4sportspicks.


Ken can no longer controll what I do or say. I am an ******* for allowing a scumbag drag me into to his life of lies and of ripping people off. I am watching people deal with this drunk scum, but when I found out he was now running this from his bedroom computer I had to go and post.

Plus I know that this **** kills him as he wants nothing more than these threrads to die and go away. He is still taking on new members and I think it's about time the air is cleared and people are warned to stay away from this evil man.

Now that I am no longer being black mailed by Ken, I can tell you the truth. The money was never lost, Ken gambled it away and could not pay lucky. He is now running his Sportsbook Part ime at a call center and then works from his bedroom drunk at night.

Sorry I could not come out with this sooner but he was holding something over my head and I was forced to back him up on all his lies and bullshit! I am sorry but I had no choice.
