Holy cow...

Matrix Revolutions has taken up Moviefone's top two spots. I've never seen this before. Remember, there are 80 Imax theaters opening with it as well. That has never been done before. check it out:

That's crazy. I think there is great value still with the follwing plays at Intertops.

USD 74 million to 84.9 million +125
USD 85 million or more +225

The sold out Imax's alone will pull in 10 million. Think about it, all less buzz means is everyone will wait until the weekend to see this movie, which will result in a higher total. IMO.

I've never see the top two spots at Moviefone be taken up by the same flim. Awesome!!!!

Gil I'm not saying that your plays don't have a chance, but, this is the first time they've opened a big movie like this in the Imax theaters at the time of release. Usually they wait a few months, or something.
