San Diego got the monkey off their back with the win over Cleveland. The Browns are a sub-par team along with the Chargers. No big shocker last Sunday. However, San Diego has not played well with elite competition this year. The issue was never in doubt with KC and Denver.

Miami, all around, is clearly a more talented team and the Dolphin defense is well-equipped to handle the only offensive weapon of the Chargers-LT. Junior Seau should be fired up on his 1st return to San Diego.

San diego has not played well against the run this year. Look what Lewis, Portis, and Holmes did to the Bolt's terrible run defense. Does Ricky Williams present a problem? Indeed he does!

Lastly, What about the Charger "homefield" advantage? Why is it that it seems like there are more fans from the opposing team at Qualcomm? This team is a pathetic joke with a re-tread coach. Let Alex+Dean Spanos take this terrible team to LA.

MIAMI-3.5=CHRISTMAS IN OCTOBER!

Miami's offense against Jacksonville and New England was pathetic - and the NE game was at home. Fiedler is banged up so Griese may see action. Other then Ricky they've done nothing. Monday night road fav cross country? Not me - good luck.

In a few years winky, you'll be forced to watch a thrilling Charger/Brown matchup instead of a boring Bronco/ Chief game. This is a real possibility in a few years. Talks with the city council and Charger management are not going well.

there is (or should be) ZERO chance of SD moving up here to the LA area. trust me - they will be ignored by everyone here. they are only guaranteed ONE sellout per season - oakland - when all of the thugs escape from prison for the day and catch the game. the chargers moving up the LA would be one of the dumbest moves they could make. having said that, then, knowing how big a moron the owners are - consider it a done deal!

The Charger lease is very complicated. In two years, they have some sort of option of leaving if they are not making enough $. There are many ways they can "shelter" revenue. For example, Gold Club seats do not count for the ticket guarantee, but seating for the disabled does. It's a big scam. Supposedly, if they don't get a new stadium, the Bolts are heading to LA. At least that's what the owners say. Who in LA will support this abomination of a football team?

I know this mean nothing but rather a coincident .

When R.William have a rushing TD , Miami is 4-0 SU/ATS . When he's not , Miami is 0-2 SU/ATS .

I like this team , but they should hang their head Coach !!!

Lostucanes,

The chargers can already pull the trigger...there is a reason they haven't. They will not open up their books and the City of San Diego is BEGGING them too by playing hardball. If the Chargers really could bolt, they would. Instead they are having public forums and trying to get the public on their side, which, with a 1-5 team and 9 straight years out of the play-offs isn't going to happen.

Winky is right, LA does not want the Chargers, unless Spanos sells the team off, which isn't going to happen. Furthermore, the LA situation is in a quagmire, and it may be years before the NFL puts a team back in LA.

The bottom line is that San Diego is stuck with the Chargers, and the Chargers are stuck in San Diego. If they want to move, they have to open the books, and many think they won't do it becaus the books are cooked.

And this is my play of the week....Miami wins by a touchdown or more and Ricky Williams rushes for 150 yards.

Miami -3 almost seems too good to be true. SD being a very young team, and Schottenheimer being a bad coach should translate into a Miami win/cover. Does anyone think that Marty is the worst coach in the league?
