School supplies
When we were kids, we maybe spent $5 a year buying notebooks/folders/pencils/etc. Everything else was given to you.
Now the schools supply very little and we spend a good $100 out of pocket for each kid buying the craziest school supplies.
Whats worse is that we dont get these supplies back at the end of the year. We had to buy rulers, sharpies, glue sticks, and all other crazy stuff.
In the first week of August, we get a "no sales tax" break on school supplies. Also many places have sales throughout the summer on school supplies.
the downside this is all done BEFORE you find out who your teacher is so by the time you find out your teacher and see the supply list, you are paying full price. My wife ran to a few different places over the weekend buying all of this stuff (and we still need more)
Yet my property taxes are still rising

Well Im going to argue that no matter what a stripper wants to tell herself, she (or he for that matter) is a whore.....
Anyone that works in the sex industry is a whore.....its just becomes a matter of what they are willing to sell, a look but dont touch dance, a touchyfeely dance, or more....that is up to them to decide.

I spent $8000 on a metabolic analysis machine right before the pandemic broke out and they are made to order so i had to wait a month before i got it and then no one wanted to breathe into it for 2 years.... i already used it as a tax write off for 2020
