Whats forgotten is Germany showed weakness vs Ghana (tie) vs United States (US outplayed them) vs Algeria (neuer bailed them out countless times) vs France (all the posts and crossbars France should have easily tied that game up). Also to note. When Germany crushed Portugal 4-0 they came back with a 2-2 tie vs Ghana. A good team but not elite. To give up 2 goals vs Ghana is weak. This could be a repeat scenario.
Argentina defense has completely neutralized teams and they shouldn't have a problem with the Germans. Who are slower than the Dutch and Belgium.
The history of no euro team winning in South America ill keep siding with that, even though I don't usually care for these stats. Its still an advantage for Argentina fan base without the pressure that Brazil faced.
