Is betting on elimination game still only up to 90min regulation?

Would USA have to win within regulation for the handicap? So if I want to just play USA to advance then I should play USA -125 no Draw ?

Most sportsbooks have a wagers with the wording for advancing to the next round something like:

"USA to Advance to Quarter Finals"

or

"TO QUALIFY - USA"

Any other wagers are for regulation time.

"Draw no bet" would refund the wager in the case of a draw.
