Fish- Of course the HR is overrated, thank ESPN for that too...But don`t you think Ramirez has lost some of his clout? He has become this goof, with his antics....I agree Manny is awesome and may end up with 2500 RBI`s, but he isn`t quite commanding the respect he did about 3 years ago, not saying he couldn`t regain it...Maybe he could hustle a little more instead of posing lol...

Using a 40 pound muscle gain as my qualifier: McGuire and Sosa of course, Bonds, and don't forget Juan Gonzales (his rookie card lists him at 175!). Palmiero weighed 180 when he came up. Someone just said he's at 210, which makes him suspect as well. He had NO power when he came up with the Cubs. He hits 40 a year like clockwork now.
Nobody mentions the pitchers, but a lot of them are juiced up too.
