I am not getting involved in this other than to say how stupid is it to hold any kind of parade for Christmas

when it is still not even Thanksgiving.

More importantly, for me it is just plain dumb to have any kind of parade or celebration when there is obviously so much

controversy and anger still present about the Rittenhouse verdict which was just rendered

My opinion is based on what I deem to be playing with fire/inviting trouble by having any kind of event where

there are going to be a lot of people present so close to the date and locale of a very heated and controversial verdict!!

What's so terrible about waiting a week or so-I mean relatively speaking, Christmas is still not about to happen in

right away-there are a lot of attention-seeking and demented wackos out there who can and will take

advantage of a situation like this when something is fresh in their head like this!!

In addition and assuming that it was ok to have this event, let's just say that at the very least law enforcement officials

should have been on extra alert so that the suspect was not in a position to do what he did.,

For me and in both situations, the people and security/law enforcement officials FAILED AND LOST big time,

and by so doing, join the ranks if what you are, namely a LOSER of the highest order!!
