If you want to fight the USG be my guest. If you win, great.... if you lose.. you're gone pal - and that's the problem.

IF the USG wants to make an issue of something like gaming, then it can and will.

Gambling is legal almost everywhere in the world, including the U.S. If gambling is made illegal in the States it is seriously doubtful that publishing a website that caters to the gamblers of the world will become illegal. I can publish information on all manner of illegal subjects with impunity. For those who have read it, consider The Anarchist's Cookbook. If it is not illegal to publish and sell this information, the Rx has a long, long way to go from being "banned in the USA."

And if it were by some miracle of Ashcroftian Fascism to mbe made illegal to maintain a gambling-related site in the U.S., the Rx would only have to claim and show foreign domicile in order to remain relatively exempt. Ken's presence and position would obviously make a strong case for constructive ownership but it would be exceedingly difficult to prosecute nonetheless.

This is a complete non-issue ... I'm suprised so many seem convinced otherwise.
