It seems like you try and steer the conversations in a certain direction rather than moderate them. As far as helping out, I've been posting some of the many spreadsheets I use to hopefully help someone else and have asked others to join in. You know, sharing information.

I post because I'm just like you guys - The moderating part is something completely different
Seems like a conflict of interest. How does one moderate themselves?

That’s part of his job description…to start interesting conversations on various topics…he does a good job even if you don’t agree with him…
