Perhaps I can be of some assistance here! You are doing an exceptional job and the people here should be more supportive and heed the forum edicts cause these things collectively make this here site gooder for all of us. Specifically, expressing our points of views, without hurting other peoples feelings with personal insults is a good thing. Hope this helps!

Are Darryl and the rest of you folks serious? Some of the stuff that Wil alllows in these threads is so racist, homophobic, anti-Christian and above all anti-semitic to the point that it would embarrass David Duke. He's the LAST person anyone should accuse of censorship.
That said, most of us familiar with what goes on here realize it was just Tiz being Tiz, just trying to impress his buddy eek.

What you need to understand is I do not read these threads (I have no time to begin with) but when I get complaints I have to look into them. I didn't think the thread was that bad just childish but then I received some complaints about it I had to act or listen to how anti semitic I am (totaly untrue). All I try to do is deal with unhappy posters who feel they have been racially slurred, what you call the politicians is less important unless someone gets seriously racist. They are fair targets as public figuresm again sabe for racism.
This forum is strictly here as a convienence for posters who gamble and also have an interest in politics but natrually it has attracted a group of self styled political pundits who cannot hold their own at the real politics forums so they come here to amateur land and act like they have a clue. I rue the day we created the forum.
I have a lot of respect for posters like Barman, Pat Patriot, D2bets, Coldweather, Cussin it, Darryl Parsons, 5teamparlay, Festering Zit, 3Peet and several others who as far as I can tell gamble and happen to like politics..
The problem is I feel obligated to make sure this site is not labeled racist so at times I will take some action when racism is reported.
99% of the threads here in this forum are never edited, and even less deleted.
I try to keep my own personal political beliefs (yes I'm a liberal) out of any decisions when it comes to moderating the site. Of course I am forever being called biased because of personal beliefs. The truth is when a racist remark is made I don't care what side the poster is on.
To be honest I am going to take the advice of some of you and ignore this forum as much as possible. The results are not worth the effort involved.
Try to act like gentlemen if that is possible or at least civil toward each other. This forum is much higher maintenance than any other on the site and brings in zero revenue. I wonder why I even bother when an issue like this is such a big deal. The post was anti semetic and childish period.
We could use the bandwith the way things are going. Food for thought.

i was just pointing out the fact that obama wasn't change and we are taking the same course as usual with a jewish insider type guy being in control of a key position in finances of the US......

Honestly fellows, after looking at the original thread title and the accompanying dig, I believe Wil was correct in acting and doing his job.
I'm not of Jewish descent, but I worked in a Chicago 'burb that was heavily Jewish. That thread title was intended to inflammatory, and it comes across as racially derogatory.

one of my best buddies who is of that decent (LOL) dislikes the federal reserve banking system as much as I do
and our shared dislike has little to do with them being that decent just has to do with what they do
if a bunch of germans, or blacks, or asians, or whoever were concentrated a certain aspect of society that i didn't like how it was being handled
