They just made a new ghostbusters video game where all the original actors even bill murray did the voices for it. In september it was announced columbia pictures hired 2 of the writers from the office to come up with a screenplay.

This is accurate. Aykroyd said he would do the film as long as it made sense. He said the storyline will have to be a good one since part 2 was not as great as everyone expected. He did an interview for his movie the just came out and was asked about this.

Yea bill murray was the one who didnt really want to do another one but after recording his voice for the new game he got excited about it. He even said he found himself whistling the theme song while walking down the street.

as long as akroyd, murray, and ramis come back, it should be decent. Get Gary Coleman for Winston and it's a blockbuster.
