Why not Auburn (+8) tonight?

Looking at the game tonight between Vandy and Auburn, something is glaringly obvious - strength of schedules. No I'm not getting all BCS on you guys (LOL), but take a look. Auburn has faced and beaten competition that Vandy has yet to see so far this year.

vs. Airforce (19pt win)
vs. UNLV (13 pt loss)
vs. Syracuse (1pt loss)
vs. Wake Forest (6pt win)
vs. St. Joseph's (2 pt win)
vs. Kentucky (20 pt loss)
vs. Miss St. (22 pt loss)

Vandy on the otherhand has been beating up on absolute cupcakes.........TCU, Lehigh, Appalachian St., Wofford, Tenn Tech, Tenn St..... with only one recent game against a decent team in Michigan (20pt win).... yet the Wolverines have been a jekyll and hyde team all season.

+8 seems like an aweful lot between these two teams........even in Vandy.

you need to check Auburn's record out again...they haven't played half the teams you have listed here. They lost outright to UNLV and Georgia St and haven't really beat many good teams either.

Whoops...... Sorry about that..... I was over on Austinsportsbar looking up last 6 overall and last 6 on the road...... I forgot they include games from after January 2003.

Looks like only quality games played are UNLV and Airforce where they went 1-1.
