Why my post or replies take 10-15 min to get reviewed

Why my post or replies take 10-15 min to get reviewed.
Has to be screened? I was here 4 years as balls2thawall..couldn’t get logged in. Made another account 3 months back.
Still take es forever when it used to not

I am experiencing the same thing too. I am trying to stay patient for my posts to actually post in a thread since it has be reviewed by a mod. Is there anyway to retrieve my old account if I can't remember my username or password? I want to say my old username would be LuvParlays, but I could be wrong.
