Here's the response that I received from them. I'm LESS than impressed with Pinnacle's customer service. Like most books... They respond to their customers like they couldn't care less if you're a customer. Maybe I take CS too seriously (I'll admit) but it is the essence of business. And I've yet to see a book take it seriously.

I can't believe that their response is "Go to The RX" to see lines in one place. :neenee:

Dear Client,

Thank you for your email requesting information on how game times are
displayed at Pinnacle Sports. We understand we have clients worldwide and
that it would be easier if all clients were able to have the game times
displayed in their time zone.

Unfortunately, the system allows only one time zone to be entered and we
have chosen Pacific time. Although no date is set, we hope to add this
feature to the system in the future.

As per your question on the lines display please be advised that the
Pinnacle Sports lines are available at http://www.therx.com at no charge. You may
go to http://www.therx.com and select live lines to view lines for Pinnacle Sports
and other sportsbooks.

The game numbers used at http://www.therx.com are the same as the rotation numbers
used on the Pinnacle Sports site. After logging into their Pinnacle Sports
account, clients may enter a rotation number in order to see lines for that
game, rather than scrolling or selecting another page.

We hope this assists you in locating the lines of most interest to you.

I think it'd be a relatively simple matter for Pinnacle to dynamically deliver local times onto customer screens using just javascript; providing the customer had his computer clock set correctly for his own timezone.

This will probably sound crazy-but I was going to start playing with them when the NBA begins--due to reduced juice. But--The Game times --and especially College games would drive me batty! So I'll wait until they get an Eastern time option.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned their imporved pending wagers screen. That was my only real suggestion. They have the best overall layout.

My other suggestion would be for the screen info to condense when you decrease the width of the screen like Cris and Bodog. Most multi-screen users don't care about that.

Suggesting these things is like asking Michael Jordan to get better 3-point shot.

This is the reply I just got from them minutes ago, at least it looks like they are acknowledging the requests. I agree it's trivial for it's a major pain in the ass, I've missed getting down on more than one Sat aft ncaa game during crunch time due to this.........
