IMO successful coaches delegate. So my guess is they have a challenge guy.
It's impossible to be on top of everything an NFL head coach needs to be on top of to be a great in game coach. Gotta have people you trust for each element.
The only thing that bothers me is how long it takes to review it. That NO challenge was clearly not a Raider fumble and it was evident within seconds. But they took a commercial break to look at it
My guess is that they often have to throw the challenge flag before their review guy has looked at it closely enough and they're worried about the next play being ran.
