I have always wondered this.....I mean the post has there name in the upper left corner as the person that started the post, but some still write a post then "sign" it:icon_conf Why does this happen?

Is that so people that share the same computer know who posted??

The two that come to my mind immediately that do this are THE SHRINK and LINZ_IA.

Do either one of these EVER not sign their name?...........sure dont recall not.

Personally when I sign wil. it is a small gesture of respect to anyone I may be directing the post to or anyone in general who may take the time to read that post later. A litle extra effort to personalise the post, simple curtesy.

Excellent answer!

Knowing THE SHRINK and LINZ_IA like i do, makes perfect sense.

PS-- Sorry Wil, should have included you in with these two also, as I also never recall you not doing this also. Personally, i like the gesture.
