Why do current threads dissapear from the RR?

Just kinda curious. I responded to a thread about 15 mins. ago, then the thread is gone. Does this happen often around here?:think2::WTF:

MikeB - a couple of reasons.

That usually happens when threads get merged into other threads about the same topic (see PO69 threads). Another reason is when the thread starter is discovered to be a ghost (Nuckbut).

When the first post of a thread is deleted because it was created by a ghost like Nuckbut (the Mims thread) it takes all the other posts in the thread with it.

All your threads in Post#2 are at the top of this forum. Somtime you have to look for them.

Thanks for the answer. I knew that mine was here, I just wanted to show the times of the other threads, and not have that MIMS one mysteriously show up later to only question the level of my sobriety thats all.
